Fajitas

Beef, chicken or combination. We use our special recipe to cook tender strips of marinated chicken breast or beef skirt steak with sautéed onions and bell peppers. Served with corn or flour tortillas, refried beans, and Mexican rice. Garnished with lettuce. tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
